Hello, and welcome! My names Sophie and I am the owner of Bridalbysoph. I am a highly qualified hairdresser with ample years of experience (15years+) in the hairdressing industry from cuts, to colours, to my absolute favourite wedding hair! 'It's such a pleasure to be able to be such a huge part of my brides big day".
I have a passion creating beautiful bridal hair, I absolutely love working with my brides to ensure a stress-free wedding day. I offer wedding hair previews so we can find the perfect hairstyle that suits you. I'm also happy to assist with timing on your wedding day and can recommend other trusted wedding industry professionals, such as makeup artists, photographers, videographers, florists and many more that I have collaborated with in the past.
I cover all areas of the UK and can travel internationally if required.

Exceeding expectations
Initial Consultation
Like many wedding suppliers, I can get booked-up in advance. The first step is to get in touch to check my availability, even if you’re not sure what you want to do with your hair. I want you to feel confident about your decision to book my services upon initial consultation we will discuss the finer details and answer any questions before you make your decision on who to book. Once we’ve spoken, and you wish to confirm the booking, I’ll send you a invoice. Please note a 20% deposit will be required to secure my services for your date. This will be deducted from your final balance.
Preview day
Your styling trial is an opportunity for me to help you find the perfect look for you. I recommend booking your trial once you have chosen your dress. If you have already selected your hair accessories, it’s a good idea to bring them with you. You will need to allow around 2 hours for your styling trial. Ahead of your trial, you should collect pictures illustrating styles you love and those you don’t, I can adapted any style to suit the individual.
When your hair is finished and you are completely happy, I’ll take photographs for reference. We can then discuss hairstyles for the rest of the bridal party and work out a rough timetable.
It’s not always necessary for your bridesmaids or mum to have a trial.
Wedding Day
I will ensure the morning of your wedding is as relaxed and enjoyable as possible.
Timings will mainly depend on how many bridesmaids / mums etc are having hair styled and what styles are required.
I can arrange an assistant hairstylist for larger parties or to avoid extra early start times, If you are having a make-up artist, I will coordinate our timings to work seamlessly together.
